The Genesis Initiative was born from a simple but urgent truth: too many boys are navigating the most critical years of their lives without guidance, without models, without direction.
A generation in need of direction
The Genesis Initiative was designed in response to the growing lack of positive male role models in society. We recognised the vital role boys play in shaping the future — and the crisis created when they are left to navigate it alone.

Through lessons on self-esteem, leadership, purpose, emotional intelligence, relationships, and more, The Genesis Initiative shapes boys into well-rounded, confident, and responsible men. Men who can impact their families, workplaces, communities, and culture.
Boys aged 10–16 are paired with mentors who act as guiding North Stars helping them navigate life and discover their potential through a structured, five-pillar curriculum.
